Waterford's Corporate Transparency ACT (CTA) Services

Regarding all Limited Liability Companies and Corporations:

Effective January 1, 2024, Congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) which was enacted into law as part of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2021. The CTA requires, with no exceptions, that all corporate entities such as limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships comply with the CTA by reporting certain required information. Failing to file can lead to daily fines of up to $500.00. Additionally, this new law has necessitated the amendment of your organizational documents.
