Judge Not

U.S. District Judge Gregory Presnell is the hero for the day.  Apparently Judge Presnell is as tired as I am of reading poorly drafted communications from attorneys.  Upon reading a certain pleading filed by a local attorney, Judge Presnell took it upon himself to pull out the red pen and give the attorney a much deserved grammar and punctuation lesson.  He then Ordered the attorney to re-read the Local Rules and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and to copy his client on the criticism!  Genius!
