Entertainment Attorney EJ Gaines Joins Waterford Law Group

Waterford Law Group, PLLC announces that EJ Gaines has joined the firm as a transactional attorney, with a specialization in entertainment law.

Gaines, who began his legal career on Wall Street as a corporate and intellectual property attorney at Carter Ledyard & Milburn, LLP, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the music industry. In addition to his legal practice, he has worked in artist management with several artists, including the GRAMMY-winning duo Mary Mary, Dove Award-winning vocalist Natalie Grant, Stellar Award-winning artist Isaac Carree and the a cappella group Committed (winners of NBC’s The Sing-Off). He also owns and operates GospelPundit.com, one of the gospel music industry’s most popular music websites.

EJ Gaines holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from New York University and a law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York, where he received a full academic scholarship. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Tennessee.
